Dear Kevin,

Kristin and I want to extend our deepest appreciation for everything you did for us over the last 12 months. What could have been a very hectic and confusing transition period in our lives turned out to be relatively easy and stress-free because of you. Getting married, moving into a new home, then suddenly transferring to a foreign country, we never questioned that all of our logistical needs would be taken care of by you.

Before we got married, it was amazing how quickly you sold Steve's condo considering how many units were currently available in the building at the time. You timed it perfectly for the purchase of our new townhome right after our nuptials. When it was time to sell our new home just a few months later because of an overseas job transfer, you sold it in record time even though we put it on the market right before the holidays. Magically, we even made a significant profit!

You truly went way above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. You let workmen into our home when we were out of town, kept all of your appointments with us, returned calls immediately, and kept us constantly informed. Basically, we always felt like we were your one and only client, and are very thankful for all of time and energy you spent with us.

Once again, thanks for all of your efforts and we look forward to working with you upon our return to the United States.
